Introduction
------------

This database has been designe using the original structure of the Microsoft Access 2000 Expenses Database Wizzard. Although not fully developed it is functional and accurate. Understanding Budgets is the latest development in updating this database. Actual Living costs have been used as the basis in it's design and time saving ideas, such as the Later Web Page designs, have been implemented to their full.

Web Page Access :

The Web Page functionality is still new to me, therefore a lot of functionality used in manipulating data within the Forms designed was lost. Password and Security issues were the main obstacle in designing and unfortunately I still have not grasped that angle to it's optimum. A simple process of entering your password in the Web Access.htm screen will still allow any one else with access to those Web Pages to view the same details as You.
In order to View the Web Pages you will have to run the Various Web Pages from the 'Web Access' *Form*.

Also note that it would be simpler to 'Check Out' from WinZip all files into the given Folder Name as this would save having to amend the Web Page Sourcing. Should you extract to any other folder you will need to follow these steps:

	- Edit Web Pages to change Location of 'source:c:\Program Files\IPI Accounts\IPI Expenses.mde'
	- Open Database and Maximize Database Window, then directly Open Web Pages 'ONLY'.
	- Locate Web Pages when prompted.

However, it is recomended that you keep these Pages in Non-Shared folder as the Password Field is exposed when 'Copying and Pasting'. This is due to little understanding of this function within the database. For those who require more security, the Login Form can be automated with the Database Admin Login.

Budget Report :

For Cash coming in you should allways use the 'Drawings' Expense Category, as I have set the reporting structure to cross check Drawings Category with Advance/Deposit Amounts in the Expense and Bank Reports. Earlier problems with the Period length have been overcome.

For Payments, you can enter payments in the Payment Section of the Budget Report or just as Expenses in the Expense Report. Please note that on entering the Expense Category Field of the Budget Line to be Paid, the Payment Section is requeried to give specific records.

Credit Report :

For Payments, here you will always need to enter them direct into the Payment Section.
